Pencil drawing of rhododendrons by my grandmother, who will be 89 this year. Illustration, painting, colored pencil drawing.

Thank you for viewing! ☺︎

This is a colored pencil drawing by my grandmother, who is 89 years old this year.
She has loved drawing since she was a child during the war. When I gave her a sketchbook and colored pencils, she started drawing seasonal flowers. I suggested she try selling them on Mercari, saying, It might help you buy your favorite Mont Blanc dessert! She replied with a big smile, I don't know if it will bring good fortune since I'm not a Buddha yet, but it would be a daily encouragement if someone would display it (*^-^*), so I decided to list it.

The flower language of Rhododendron is dignity from its dignified appearance blooming in high mountains, and eternal love and eternal beauty due to its long lifespan. How about adding a touch of accent to your room, or as a gift to your mother or grandmother to express your gratitude that you're too shy to say? (*^-^*)
